Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Access & License
You receive a non-transferable license for personal learning. Sharing logins or content is not allowed. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display course materials without our express permission.
Purchases & Pricing
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, or bank fees may apply based on your location and payment method. We may change prices prospectively at any time.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are shown in USD. Refunds within 7 days if progress is under 20% of a course. To request a refund, you must contact us within the window with your order email and receipt ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues; we are committed to fair resolutions.
Subscriptions (If Offered)
Some offerings may auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Partial periods are not prorated unless required by law.

- No reverse engineering of platform features
- Respect intellectual property
- No attempts to bypass access controls or metering
- No automated scraping of course videos or materials
Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, texts, images, and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license grants personal, limited access only.
User Content
If you submit feedback or assignments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and improve the services. You represent you have the rights to the content you submit.

Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows or outages may occur. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
